    At Live Well Psychology Group, we believe healing isn’t one-size-fits-all That’s why we’ve created four specialized therapy tracks, guided pathways designed to help you reconnect with your mind, body, and self.

    Each track integrates evidence-based psychology with somatic and mindfulness-based practices to support the whole person—body, mind, and nervous system.

    Yoga Nidra is a guided, restorative practice that supports nervous system regulation and emotional integration. When used alongside therapy, it can help clients access deeper states of safety, embodiment, and healing that are often difficult to reach through talking alone. Sessions are trauma-informed, choice-based, and designed to meet you exactly where you are

    I created Live Well Psychology Group to focus on therapy that integrates the nervous system, somatic awareness, and attachment-based care. Together, we work at the root, not just the surface, so healing can unfold in a way that feels steady, individualized, and lasting.
